Our Plant
Our plant is managed by a passionate group of people in a high capacity, state of the art infrastructure and technologies, including solvent extraction units, distillation units and a long list of apparatus needed to provide premium grades of vetiver essential oils that are optimal and consistent with our standards.
Our essential oil comes from a small bushy evergreen tree, Amyris balsamifera, indigenous to Haiti that also grows wild in the Bahoruco Forest of the Dominican Republic.
The oil extracted from these Amyris pellets has a wonderful woody scent and a yellow color. While the oil is also produced in other places, Amyris oil from Haiti is particularly well regarded for its high quality, allowing it to gain a sterling reputation.
Theses extraction, distillation and logistic processes are all carried out from our site in the heart of the South department of Haiti.
